What are the steps in ordering exclusively designed gifts?
Needs consultation → concept proposal & quotation → mockup/sample submission → design & delivery schedule confirmation → production – quality control – packaging – delivery.
How long does it take to complete a personalized order?
Depending on the product type and quantity, an additional 7–10 working days is typically required for design, approval, and engraving/printing production. Rush orders can be accommodated with an additional fee.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
It depends on the product. Some lines have no MOQ requirement, while others require 50–100 units to optimize engraving/printing and packaging costs.
Does Tracy Gifts offer feng shui gifts (agarwood, stone bracelets, mascots)?

Can I order a prototype before mass production?
Yes. A prototype allows you to check the material, color, and finishing. The sample fee can be deducted from the total order value upon production confirmation.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Within Ho Chi Minh City: 24–72 hours after production completion; other provinces: 2–7 working days (depending on the carrier). For peak seasons, early ordering is recommended.
Does Tracy Gifts offer dropshipping to individual recipient addresses?
Yes. We package each gift for the individual recipient, include personalized cards, and deliver according to the address list you provide (with data confidentiality ensured).
What is the return/exchange policy for personalized items?
Personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to a change of mind. We offer a one-for-one replacement or rectification if there is a manufacturing defect, a discrepancy from the approved sample, or damage during transit (with a documented report).
Is there a warranty for the products?
Yes. The warranty period depends on the product line and usage guidelines (for example, precision mechanics and electronic components have separate policies).
